The Sirdal and Setesdal valleys invite you on and adventureous trip up and down the valleys!
Starting in upper Sirdal, drive southward to Tonstad, you will see the mountains rising up higher the further south you get. The attractions along the road are many, with Dorgefoss waterfall, the Iron age burial mounds at Skeie and Sirdal Ullstove handicraft outlet at Lindeland. From Tonstad drive along the scenic Sirdalsvatnet Lake, and over rolling hills eastwards to Evje. Visit the Mineralparken in Evje, or check out the wide range of activities offered by "Troll Aktiv". When filled with adventures, continue north through the scenic Setesdal valley, before you turn west on the narrow "Suleskarvegen" road at Nomeland. Before returning to Sirdal, make sure to stop at Brokkestøylen, which offers familiy activities like horseback riding, canoeing, fishing, climbing and the like.
Note! The Brokke-Suleskarvegen road is closed from approximately November untill May. Opening times will be updated on this webpage.
